Packages are annual, non-transferable,and non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances (moving outside the area or prolonged medical incapacity).
Payment is made outside of class, by credit card or check, accompanied by the corresponding invoice.
A penalty of €30 will be applied for any unpaid invoice by the due date (in accordance with Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code). In the event of non-payment, access to courses may be suspended.
If the situation is not resolved within two weeks, the student will be permanently withdrawn from the program, with no possibility of re-enrollment during the current academic year.
All invoices under €150 must be paid online.
Students must purchase their own teaching materials as they progress (notebooks, sheet music, etc.).
a. No absence from a course at the school can be the subject of a request for a make-up or refund.
b. Absences due to participation in a school trip are the only absences that the school will take into consideration. The school may request proof of attendance.
c. In the event of a transport strike, the course will be organized by video call. The course cannot be postponed or refunded. The course will then be billed at the school’s video call rate.
d. The course start time must be respected. A late start to a course cannot be made up.
e. The course lasts approximately 60 minutes, but can be shortened by the teacher if he or she feels that the student has achieved the course objective. This change cannot be claimed.
f. Lessons taken at the piano school are not eligible for a tax certificate.
g. Students must come to the PIANO school 2 times a year to be checked by Mrs LEE or one of the referent teachers. This test course is organized either as a concert on Rue de Richelieu, a Master Class or a simple audition. Non-participation in this type of course is not eligible for a refund or credit note.

Twice a year, students participate in an assessment class (concert or master class lasting a maximum of one hour) at our premises on Rue de Richelieu. Absences do not entitle students to a refund.
Optional package: Recovery Pass – $50 per year/child
This pass allows you to catch up on a missed in-person class by attending an online group class during designated time slots.
Limited to 6 retakes per year
Valid only for the current school year

In the absence of this pass, no make-up classes will be offered, regardless of the reason for absence.
Transition to videoconferencing: Where necessary, such as during exceptional health situations or transport strikes, courses will be held via videoconferencing.
Fees for videoconferencing courses: Individual videoconferencing courses will be charged in accordance with the specific fees set by the school for this format. Prices for group lessons will remain unchanged, whatever the teaching method.
Conditions for participation in videoconferencing: If a student is unable to take part in a videoconferencing lesson, for reasons such as a poor Internet connection, the absence of a piano at home, or refusal of this teaching method, no refund or credit note will be issued.
Maintaining the course schedule: The pre-established course schedule will be maintained unchanged, regardless of the teaching format.
Group course format: Group courses will continue to follow the original format, even when delivered via videoconference.
End-of-year concert: Depending on circumstances, the end-of-year concert may be postponed until the following year.
The annual concert is an integral part of the educational program.
Participation is decided by the teaching team. Absences do not entitle participants to a refund.
In the event of voluntary withdrawal by the family, any costs incurred (partitions, organization, tickets) will not be reimbursed.
Registration includes two adult tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased.
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, no refund will be made.
An email will be sent in March 2026 to offer several time slots. Please reserve quickly to secure a suitable slot. All information will also be available on the family portal.

Mutual respect: Respect is at the heart of our values. Respectful exchanges are expected from all. In the event of failure to comply with this principle, the school reserves the right to suspend the student’s participation in lessons, without entitlement to compensation.
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, all remote registrations are subject to a 14-day withdrawal period, without justification.
However, according to Article L221-28, this right can no longer be exercised once the first class has started, even partially. By confirming your registration and starting the classes, you expressly waive this right of withdrawal.
