Piano recital
On Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 6:30 pm, Piano Académie will have the pleasure of welcoming Lev Chefanov for a piano recital in Paris. The program brings together several striking pages by Chopin, Mozart’s Sonata K. 576, and Balakirev’s dazzling Islamey, in an evening shaped by poetry, virtuosity and pianistic intensity.
From the refinement of the Études op. 25 to the suspended sweetness of the Berceuse, from the Prelude op. 45 to the architectural clarity of Mozart’s Sonata K. 576, and finally to the dazzling virtuosity of Islamey, this recital traces a brilliant and richly contrasted path. The evening will bring together refinement of touch, expressive depth and pianistic brilliance in a program of remarkable intensity.
Lev Chefanov is a young Russian pianist currently pursuing his studies at the Moscow Conservatory. Recognized at an early age for the exceptional quality of his playing, the strength of his musical personality and his virtuosity, he is currently on tour in France before returning to Moscow at the beginning of April. This recital offers a rare opportunity to discover an already remarkable artist whose name will undoubtedly be one to follow in the years ahead.
The recital will take place at Piano Académie, 1 rue de Richelieu, 75001 Paris, on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 6:30 pm. Prices: €15 for adults and €10 for children.
