Young students are welcomed in small groups, with a teacher trained in our pedagogy.
Each child plays on their own digital piano and progresses at their own pace.
Musical games, nursery rhymes and singing are integrated into the lessons to awaken the ear and build autonomy.
Our lessons are designed to encourage concentration, regularity, musical understanding and the pleasure of playing.
Each child learns to listen, play, observe and correct themselves progressively.
The group provides energy, while the teacher gives individual guidance to each child.

Discovery, laughter, singing and dance: at Piano Académie, children aged 3 and 4 enter the world of music through a lively, engaging and progressive programme designed to develop listening, imagination, movement and the joy of learning.
From the earliest years, our aim is to provide a musically ambitious yet joyful experience that respects each child’s pace while giving them genuine artistic and sensory foundations.
Introduced by the school in January 2022, this class is designed for children aged 4 to 4½. Taught in small groups over one hour, it provides a structured first encounter with the keyboard, rhythm, notes and the basic movements involved in playing music.
Offered since 2016, these classes introduce children from an early age to the world of classical music, musical instruments, great composers and a variety of genres, including ballet, opera and orchestral music.
Children develop their concentration and learn to recognise sounds, moods and musical colours.
The whole body becomes part of the learning process through rhythm, dance, movement and coordination.
Discovering musical works, instruments and sound worlds nurtures imagination and enjoyment.
The online form allows you to indicate your preferred time slot and chosen programme. A quotation will then be sent based on the information provided.
You can take a trial lesson before committing to the full school year. The trial lesson costs €30 and can be booked directly online.
Through early-years music classes and an introduction to piano, Piano Académie offers children aged 3 and 4 a coherent, joyful and ambitious programme designed to foster a lifelong love of music.
Adults, just like children, need to see immediate results. There’s no question of waiting 5 years to be able to play a waltz by Chopin!
Mi-Young LEE has thus perfected her learning method to enable anyone to play a major work from the classical repertoire very quickly.
How many times has she heard, “I’m too old to start,” “I don’t have time to spend two hours a day,” etc.?
The first step is to choose with the student the first piece he wants to learn to play. Here, there is no pink method or other simplified pieces.
Some also prefer to focus on a particular sport. Again, no problem. You are here to have fun. That is the main thing. Our job and our expertise are then to help you progress quickly.
Still not convinced? Take a class with one of our students at the Academy. Discuss, exchange ideas. Nothing can replace the experience of those who have gone before you!
Students are invited to give their first concert after one year! It is not compulsory, but it is highly recommended!

When our studios are not being used by our teachers, we offer piano-equipped rooms for pianists who wish to rehearse, work on a programme, prepare for a lesson, a competition, or simply play in good conditions.

Every year, Piano Académie students take part in demanding international competitions. These experiences teach them discipline, concentration, stage presence and the pursuit of deeply accomplished musical work.
At Piano Académie, competitions are never an end in themselves. They are part of the learning process: students learn to work consistently, listen, begin again, seek a more beautiful sound, shape phrases more accurately and develop deeper musicality.
Musical excellence is built over time. It requires a method, an attentive teaching team and committed parents, as well as children who can develop discipline, sensitivity and confidence on stage.
The results achieved in Italy—in Barletta, Orbetello and Treviso—as well as in Munich confirm the quality of the work undertaken by Piano Académie students and our teaching team.

Four years old is often an ideal age to start piano, provided the child can concentrate enough to enjoy the lesson.
For very young children, Piano Académie forms homogeneous groups so that every child feels comfortable during the lesson. The aim is to create a reassuring environment where concentration, musical curiosity and the pleasure of playing can gradually develop.
It is often assumed that a private lesson is more effective than a group lesson. This may be true for older students, but our experience shows that for children under 12, the group creates a positive form of emulation.
In a group, children concentrate better, find additional motivation and are encouraged to persevere when they meet the natural difficulties of learning the piano.
Children progress individually while benefiting from the motivation created by the group.
Children are often taught to play only in the central part of the keyboard. The Mi-Young LEE Method encourages each child to explore different areas of the piano. In this way, the child’s ear becomes familiar with the full range of the instrument.
A musical ear is not only something one is born with. It is something that can be educated, refined and developed through experience.
Children discover the different registers of the instrument from the beginning.
